Repair or scheduled maintenance
After receiving your request for
repair, Detelogy customer service staff will respond within 4 hours. Then our
maintenance engineers will arrive at the site in appointed time and manage to
settle the problems within 24 hours (Irresistible accidents such as natural
disasters are excluded).
In case of special problems, if the
equipment failure cannot be solved in time, the spare equipment will be
provided to you free of charge until the problem is solved.
Detelogy's after-sales service
department has experienced maintenance personnel who can provide you with
regular returned maintenance services.
Service mode: door-to-door
appointment;
Service contents: periodic
maintenance and repair, system operation status detection as well as
application problems, etc.
• In-warranty maintenance: free
on-site maintenance without any service charge including transportation and
accommodation fees;
• Out-of-warranty maintenance: a
reasonable cost will be charged and 20% discount for necessary parts;
• Guarantee the supply of spare
parts and consumables for the equipment during its service life (usually 10
years);
• Ensure that you can purchase the
necessary spare parts of the equipment within 10 days during its service life;
• Each latest version of the
software update will be free for you, if the technical conditions of the
equipment you purchased are allowed.
