MultiVortex shaker & mixer

 Circular vortex oscillation can fully mix the sample matrix with solvent, dispersed filler and extraction salt in liquid-liquid and solid-liquid, and is used in sample preparation such as food, fertilizer, cosmetics, biological tissues, etc. In recent years, the emerging QuECHERS rapid sample preparation technology, one MultiVortex shaker & mixer can adopt higher rotation speed on the basis of high-throughput pretreatment, which can easily realize multi-stage automatic variable-speed vortex operation.

Intelligent and efficient application method (example)

Method 1: Detection of soil pesticide residues

Weigh 10 g of sample (accurate to 0.01 g), add 10 mL of water and 10 mL of acetonitrile into 100 mL plastic centrifuge tube, put the configured sample on a 12-positions disc test rack, set up the method program, add multi-stage variable speed, vortex oscillation for 10 min, start and stop at any time during operation, the  buzzer will alarm automatically after it finished.

Add 5 g ~ 7 g sodium chloride, vortex for 1 more min, and then set the variable speed vortex at 3000 r/min for 5 min.

Take the supernatant to the solid phase extraction column, and collect all the filtrate. Blow the eluent with nitrogen in a water bath (the temperature is set at 50℃), adjust the nitrogen blowing needle to an appropriate height, slowly blow in nitrogen, make the liquid level continuously shake slightly, concentrate it to a nearly dry state, redissolve it with methanol, and pass through a 0.22 μm filter membrane to be tested.

Method 2:GB5009.284-2021 Detection of vanillin, methyl vanillin, ethyl vanillin and coumarin in food

Weigh 1 g of milk powder sample (accurate to 0.01 g) into a 50 mL test tube, add 10 mL of water and trace hydrochloric acid solution, put the test tube on a 12-positions disc-shaped test tube holder, set the MultiVortex method program, and vortex for 1 min. After running, the samples begin to mix.

It will automatically prompt after the preset running time is over,even is no one there.

After the first vortex, add 20 mL acetonitrile into the test tube and vortex again for 1 min.

Add 5 g sodium chloride and swirl for 2 min after ultrasonic treatment.

After centrifugation, take the supernatant into the test tube, transfer the test tube to MFV Smart Nitrogen Concentrator, blow the nitrogen at 40℃ until it is nearly dry up, alarm automatically after the concentration, and set the volume to be measured.
