When it comes to different kinds of evaporators, parallel evaporator easily deals with multiple large-volume samples, unlike rotary evaporator only for one sample each time. With the nitrogen constantly blowing, parallel evaporator allows sample to be concentrated in the test tube stem until reaching the expected volume, which is also convenient for the following sample transfer.
In order to improve the accuracy and automation of evaporation process, liquid-level sensors are applied to improve accuracy of the endpoint volume. When the sample evaporated to the target endpoint line, the absorption and shielding properties of the sample for light will change and results in an instantaneous change in the light signal which will be transmitted to the control terminal through the sensors. Then there is an alarm to remind the user that the specific channel or the whole evaporation process is completed.
Now open the top cover of FlexiVap-24, let’s explore the secrets of accuracy and efficiency of parallel evaporator.
ADVANTAGES

Individual Sensors
● Matching end-points: 1.0ml, 0.5ml or evaporated status.
● Maximum 24 positions for 100ml samples work simultaneously.

Special Test Tube
● Sample’s condensation and reflux on the inner wall improves the recovery rate of target substance.
● Test tube mouth is higher than exhaust holes, which keeps sample from contamination of water vapor.
Angle-adjustable Nozzle
● Nozzle angle: 0-90°. Nitrogen blowing thoroughly onto samples.
● Multi-stage pressure increases with automatically-adjustable angles.
Control Terminal
● 10.1" HD color touchscreen displays real-time parameters with easy control.
● Optional working modes: End-point Mode; Timing Mode; Mixed Mode (End-point Timing); Manual Mode.
● Support remote control of DTLabs mini program on WeChat.
