Mechanical shearing is a common step in sample preparation. It circularly loops the samples into a narrow space with high speed and relative motion of inner rotor to shear and break them, so as to extract the target detection in sample matrix to solvent and achieve thorough homogenization. Homogenizer is widely used in testing items such as pesticide residues, veterinary drug residues, mycotoxins, and harmful pollutants in samples of food, beverages, agricultural products, animal products and medicinal materials.
The increasing number of testing tasks and sample batch have brought new challenges to current laboratory equipment.
